Pineapple Slice: Spicy Pineapple Fruit Chocolate

I have been wanting to make something spicy and something fruity (separately) for quite a while now. After receiving some dried chili peppers from a friend, I knew that I wanted make an infused cocoa butter, but I wasn't sure what for... And then one day while sipping on a Spicy Habanero Pineapple Margarita, I realized, this was it: sweet, tangy, and spicy was the combo I was aiming for. 

It took some trial and error to get it to the right heat levels, but I think I finally found that sweet spot. Sweet, juicy and tangy at the forefront, with a lingering spicy finish that hits when you least expect it. It's the hottest chocolate yet (all connotations apply ;)).
