Just like the Discover Weekly playlist on Spotify, every month I will have a new chocolate to try that will highlight the complex features of single-origin, dark chocolate. This is for anyone interested in diving deep into the world of chocolate and exploring the different origins, flavor profiles, mouthfeels due to fat content, etc.

These chocolates are small batch, and of limited supply unless the chocolate is well loved, which, if that is the case, it will become a "Classic" option.
