..this chocolate is delish! Sorry, had to! But seriously, it is amazing! With just a hint of red berries, nuts and earthiness, this dark, rich, mocha like chocolate will satisfy those chocolate cravings with just one simple bite. At 80% with a higher than normal cocoa butter percentage, this chocolate is smooth, rich, and absolutely decadent, making it a chocolate worthy of being bitten in the sexiest of ways. Now, go and run and tell that... ;)

Tasting Notes:

Elegant and nuanced with a solid chocolate backbone and notes of bitter, woody tannins, rich mocha, a slight nuttiness and a hint of warm cherries.

Aroma of roasted mix nuts with sour red berries; taste [is] earthy, with a moderate bitterness and notes of black tea, sour cherry, red currant, loganberry, and red wine finish. (on 2020 crop).
